Redskins Tightend Position Getting Thin
As of Saturday night injuries had Niles Paul and Logan Paulsen, two starting tight ends to be out for the season. This leaves us with good pass catching tight end Jordan Reed who needs to improve is blocking skills and three rookies that need to prove to be the “next man up”. Chase Dixon, Je’Ron Hamm and Devin Mahina are all competing in house. Of those three, I like Devin Mahina as the best prospect. In my view, Devin will fit into headcoach Jay Gruden’s system.

The bottom line: Jay Gruden has named Robert Griffin III as the starting quarterback for this 2015 season. It’s Griffin’s job to keep, or lose as the case may be – but short of injury expect him to keep it.
